These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Travulum's services, including our private airport transfer ("Transfer") and various tours in the Riviera Maya ("Tours"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Services Description:
Travulum offers private airport transfer services, allowing you to book a private taxi from the airport to your chosen destination. We also offer a range of tours with different itineraries around the Riviera Maya.

2. Booking and Cancellations:

To book a Transfer or Tour, follow the booking procedures on our website or mobile app. You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival time will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel, please use the cancellation feature on our website or app, or contact our customer service team.

3. Payment:
Payment for all services must be made at the time of booking through our secure payment platform, powered by CAYDEEM SA DE CV. We accept various payment methods, as detailed on our payment page.

4. Liability:
Travulum is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Travulum reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
